The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority is committed to serving each customer with the highest possible standard. A customer service desk has been installed at the headquarters which serves as a little more than a welcoming area but also as a resource center where visitors are provided with general information. Specific customer-focus initiatives have been developed for the Airports and Seaports to better serve the needs of users of these facilities.
