SLASPA is soliciting proposals from qualified security companies/contractors to provide passenger and cabin baggage security screening services in accordance with the Airport Security Programmes at Hewanorra International Airport and George F. L. Charles Airports.

The invitation to tender (ITT) packages will be available for collection from the Customer Service Desk, SLASPA’s Headquarters Building Located on Manoel Street, Castries, from Monday, 11^th March, 2024 to Friday, 15^th March, 2024.

A Site Visit will be conducted at the George F.L. Charles Airport on Monday, 18^th March, 2024 at 10:00am.

A Site Visit, followed by a Bidders’ Conference, will be conducted at the Hewanorra International Airport on Tuesday, 19^th March, 2024 from 10:00am.

SLASPA’S RFP includes a description of the services to be provided by respondents; the minimum contents of the responses; and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses.

All proposals in response to the RFP must be submitted by Tuesday, 26^th March, 2024 at 9:00am local Saint Lucia time, as per instructions included in the RFP document.

All Tenderers must provide evidence of experience in similar works with the necessary available competent personnel.

Details - A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday 5th March 2024 at SLASPA’s Headquarters Building at Manoel Street from 10:00 am. Interested parties are kindly asked to assemble at the reception area. A bidders’ conference will immediately be held after the site visit at SLASPA’s conference room in Castries.
